Processing:

1. Feeding
Pour the medical waste into the feeding port and close the door.
2. Shred
The gear motor drives the blade on the shaft to rotate in the opposite direction, and the blade cuts, shreds, squeezes and pulverizes the material. After shredding, drop it into the sterilization chamber.

3. Vacuum
Contains two periods of pre-vacuum and pulsed vacuum. The fundamental principle is to use the negative pressure of the vacuum pump to draw out the cold air in the sterilization chamber, so that after the sterilization chamber meets the limited vacuum degree, the saturated steam is filled in, so as to meet the specified pressure saturation degree, which is better for the sterilization chamber. Sterilize the sterilized product.
After this stage, the cold air removal rate of the inner cavity can reach more than 99%, ensuring that there is no dead angle in the inner cavity and the sterilization is qualified.
4. Heating
Heating is achieved by injecting saturated steam, which is produced by an internal steam generator, until a uniform temperature of 134°C (274 F) is reached in the upper and lower chambers.

5. Sterilization
Sterilization is accomplished by holding at 134°C (274 F) – 138 °C (280 F) and equivalent pressure for 10 – 15 minutes.
6. Exhaust
At this stage, excess steam is removed from the chamber and, with the help of positive pressure or vacuum, the condensate that is sterile and can be safely drained into the sewage system is drained.

7. Unloading
Manually open the unloading door and load the sterilized waste into the material transfer vehicle. The final product is reduced in volume (up to 80%) and can be safely recycled or disposed of as normal municipal waste.

6. Water supply system
It is composed of water pump, level controller, Angle valve, check valve and so on.
The water is connected to the pump, and the system starts to work automatically. When the set water level is reached, the steam generator generates steam.
Available sources of steam are: boiler room steam or steam generator.

7. Control system
LCD panel displays temperature, pressure, time, running status, fault alarm, touch operation interface.
