Water Spray Or Air Steam Autoclave Terminal Sterilization Features:

The steam autoclave is a device for sterilizing packaged products, used for counter-pressure sterilization of injections, vials, aluminum pouch packages, and canned products.Designed primarily for sterilization of products where containers and packaging must be dried at the end of cooling, it is ideal for terminal sterilization of products.
Available in steam mixed air system and superheated water spraying system.

 

Steam Mixed Air System

Utilizes high temperature steam mixed with air to achieve sterilization. The system convection fan and deflector form a directional circulation of the sterilization medium in the chamber and can pass through the loaded sterilized items. This system ensures that the temperature and humidity are evenly distributed throughout the entire facility to ensure effective sterilization.

 

Superheated Water Spraying System

Through the reasonable spraying system, the high-temperature superheated water is applied to the surface of the treated objects by spraying, which realizes the high-temperature impact on the microorganisms.

Ventilation System

Counter-pressure System
Helps to reduce the pressure inside the bag during the sterilization process, reducing the risk of bag bursting and improving safety.

 

Cooling and Drying System
The cooling of the sterilized products is introduced into the internal heat exchange coil through external cooling water, while the steam inside the sterilization chamber is forced to condense and cool down through the fan and the inflow device to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.
