Cloth Sterilizer Steam Autoclave Fabric Sterilization Description:
Yarns are woven into cloth by textile equipment. Long time spinning will lead to various bacteria and parasites in the cloth, and a lot of dirt and dust will accumulate on the surface of the cloth, which will make the appearance of the cloth not beautiful, affect the quality of the cloth and reduce the service life. The fabric that has just been made may contain viruses, bacteria and other microorganisms that are harmful to human body. If it is directly put into the market for sale without disinfection, it may cause damage to consumers. In order to make consumers more assured in purchasing and using the fabric, the existing technology adopts disinfection after the fabric is made.

Currently, the most commonly used method is sterilization and disinfection by steam at high temperature. Fabric sterilization is characterized by broad sterilization scope, strong sterilization ability, rapid action, good stability, safe for humans and animals, and low environmental pollution.
After sterilizing the textile fabric by Steam Autoclave, it can give the fabric efficient antibacterial, deodorizing and washing resistance, control the smell and resist color more than 30 times. Steam Sterilizer has been used in pure cotton, blend, chemical fiber, non-woven fabric, leather and other kinds of fabric.

Cloth Sterilizer Steam Autoclave Fabric Sterilization Features:
1. The series cloth sterilizer adopts saturated steam (or pure steam) as sterilizing medium.
2. Pulse vacuum autoclave eliminates the influence of cold air on temperature by pulse vacuum, heats dry items by vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket, and finally empters sterile air to achieve pressure balance.

3. This series of sterilizer autoclave adopts horizontal rectangular structure.
304 or 316L stainless steel chamber, all stainless steel brushed cover plate, with GMP standard interface.
5. Industrial control system PLC+HMI with standard “user management, data storage, process management” function, sterilization process can be traced, with independent data recording device and industrial control system, to ensure the accuracy of data.
6. Process: preheating; Pulse vacuum eliminates cold air; Heating; Sterilization (105-134°C); Vacuum drying; Air replenishes balance.
