Continuous Rotary Pressure Sterilizer Description:

The continuous rotary pressure sterilizer is to take superheated water as the sterilising medium and heat sterilise the filled medicine by spraying. The liquid is in a rotating state during the whole sterilisation process, and the forced convection of the spray water forms a uniform convergent temperature field with strong perturbation, which achieves a uniform sterilisation temperature.

Cooling after sterilization is indirectly and uniformly cooled by circulating water, ensuring that the bottle and bag do not explode and achieving uniform sterilization at low temperatures. The water bath sterilization medium is non-toxic and harmless, and does not contaminate the sterilized items or the environment. Spray sterilization is gentler than direct steam sterilization, especially for glass packaged items, which will not rupture due to increased pressure and improve sterilization efficiency.

Main body


Rectangle or circular structure and plate door sterilization chamber. The equipment should also comply with GMP requirements, the equipment is made of high quality stainless steel (304 or 316L).




1. Rotary frame is a special mechanism of rotary water bath sterilization cabinet.

2. It consists of a rotating drive device, a rotating frame and a pressure lock device for sterilizing.

3. The rotary drive transmits power from the sterilization chamber to the sterilization chamber. Because of the steam pressure in the sterilization room, the drive must be sealed against steam leakage and kept clean.

4. The rotary frame is for loading the sterilization cart. A locking and pressing device is provided for locking and pressing the sterilization items placed on the sterilization cart in a certain arrangement.

Frequency Control System


1. It consists of frequency converter, worm gear reducer, big and small gear meshing.

2. The speed of the turret can be adjusted from 1 to 20rpm.


Heat Exchange System


1. Heat exchange system and spray device are the important systems of the equipment.

2. The heat exchange system consists of plate heat exchanger, circulating pump and pipe control valve.

3. Plate heat exchanger is the heating boiler steam and clean inner circulation water separate heat exchange, to ensure the inner circulation clean pollution-free.


Spray System


1. Spray system is composed of pipe control valve and special rotating nozzle, spraying water evenly, leaving no dead Angle.

2. Make the internal circulation heat exchange of clean super hot water and sterilization product even, improve the sterilization effect.

Optional Remote Monitoring System


The sterilizer has wireless communication function, which can be connected to the remote monitoring end through terminal routing, and the data can be directly monitored in real time via WiFi or 4G/5G network to realize remote monitoring of sterilization status, temperature, sandwich pressure, F0 value, front and back door status and other information. With high precision and high acquisition rate, the sterilization environment can be monitored 24/7, improving the operational efficiency of sterilization.
If the temperature, pressure and time data are abnormal and do not meet the pressure steam sterilization requirements, the operator can see the abnormal information on the platform.
