1. Sterilizer Chamber
2. Auxiliary Machine
3. Control System

Eto Gas sterilizer Structure:
1. The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel with polystyrene insulation layer, which has no obvious temperature sensation in the process of sterilization cycle.
2. Pneumatic translational sealing door of sterilizer door, single door or double door structure can be selected.
3. Vacuum system
The vacuum pump is used to pre-vacuum the sterilization room, discharge and clean the sterilizing agent. Vacuum can be pulsated, also can be gradient. Vacuum pipe is made of SUS304 material. The vacuum system is composed of a vacuum pump and vacuum valve, check valve etc. It is used to pre-vacuum, aeration, doorseal unlock,and sectional vacuum.

4. Heating and hot water Circulation System
Larger of heater, heating water tank, Circulation pump, control valve etc. It is used in chamber heating and keeping warm for product.
5. Humidification system
Consisting of steam generator, control valve etc. Used in the pre-humidification fiying of the product.
6. Air or N2 injection system
Consisting of vacuum pump, heat exchanger, filter, N2 source, control valve etc. Used in flushing and degassing.

7. Residual gas treatment system
Consisting of gas-water combiner, control valve etc, Deal with the residual EO gas.
8. Electrical control system
Consists of electric protection, control unit and the PLC, 2 in protective relaying, sterilization process control, Power -off protection, self-alarming and safety – check protection.
9. Computer monitorig and data management system
Consists of industrial PC, 2 in sterilizing process setting, (o several hills sterilization process mode), Sterilization data, dynamic display and recording, control, preserve of the process, which can all be remoted controlled by internet.
