Advantages:

Ethylene oxide sterilization process introduction
The ethylene oxide sterilization process includes pretreatment (heating, humidification, pre-vacuum) – dosing – sterilization – cleaning – analysis (residue removal).
The heating and humidification can be carried out in the ethylene oxide sterilizer, or the preheating room can be configured separately, and the heating and humidification can be carried out in the preheating room, and then transferred to the sterilizer when the temperature and humidity of the product meet the requirements.
The analysis (residue removal) can be carried out in the ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet, or can be transferred to a special analysis room, so that the ethylene oxide residue in the sterilized items is released to meet the product residue standard, such as the residue requirement of masks after ethylene oxide sterilization ≤10μg/g.
