Combustion Process Flow

1. The sorted garbage shall enter the first combustion chamber in batches at the scheduled time

2. By controlling the air intake, the garbage goes through the process of drying, thermal decomposition and burning in the first combustion chamber, and the ash and some small particles that can not be thermal decomposition are discharged out of the dust discharge device

3. The flue gas generated in the process of drying and thermal decomposition enters the secondary combustion chamber

4. The combustible gas is discharged to the subsequent processing after 2S sufficient decomposition at more than 850°C

Flue Gas Process Flow

1. The high temperature gas discharged from the secondary combustion chamber is treated. Under the action of the smoke air quenching tower, the secondary synthesis condition of dioxins is effectively crossed, which is reduced from 850°C to 180°C in 2s. Secondly, under the action of special nozzle atomization, synchronous desulfurization and denitration is carried out

2. The desulphurization gas from the cooling tower can be effectively separated from the particles in the gas and the large particles produced in the process of deacidification by the cyclone dust removal of the medium effect precipitator

3. After the exhaust gas is effectively adsorbed by the high temperature pulse bag filter, the residual dust, fine particles attached to the heavy metals, dioxins and other components in the gas, effectively ensuring that the exhaust gas treatment reaches the standard

4. Under the action of centrifugal fan, the flue gas filtered by the bag filter is discharged to the standard by the discharge chimney
