Red Bag Medical Biohazardous Waste Sterilizer Steam Autoclave Description:

Based on local and national regulations, all biological hazardous waste must be organized before normal garbage treatment. The biomedical waste management process is critical for healthcare institutions working to prevent and combat hospital-acquired infections and other biohazards. In the most basic description, the medical waste sterilizer is a device that sterilizes medical equipment using steam, and the high-pressure steam autoclave can also sterilize certain types of medical waste before transportation and final safe disposal.
The key to sterilization in a medical setting requires heating to produce steam. Steam is extremely effective at generating the heat needed to kill microorganisms. It does this by breaking down cellular proteins and making them coagulate. The time required to sterilize objects depends on the temperature of the steam.

Autoclave steam sterilizer is the sterilization process
◊Stage 1: At this stage, called the cleaning stage, steam begins to flow through the autoclave (sterilizer) to the desired temperature and pressure.
◊Stage 2: Called the sterilization or exposure stage, the autoclave exhaust valve is closed to further increase the internal pressure and temperature to the desired setting. The machine keeps this setting for a set period of time.
◊Stage 3: the “exhaust” stage occurs because the pressure is released from the sterilization chamber through the valve and the internal pressure and temperature are restored to the environmental setting.

Biomedical waste has many different names in the medical waste management industry. Biological waste is sometimes referred to as regulated medical waste as well as red bag waste, red containers or bags/containers with a biohazard label. It includes items that have been or may be contaminated with blood, certain body fluids and other potentially infectious materials. Common items in a doctor’s office or hospital may end up in medical Autoclave for sterilization, including but not limited to

Includes:
Blood and all OIM(Other Infectious Materials)
Blood tubing/ bags /hemovacs / pleuravacs
Soaked / dripping bloody dressings
Contaminated waste from isolation patients
Suction canisters or liners with bloody fluid or OIM

Red Bag Medical Biohazardous Waste Sterilizer Steam Autoclave Features:
1. Use saturated steam (or pure steam) as sterilization medium.
2. Autoclave eliminates the influence of cold air on temperature through pulse vacuum. Vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket heating dry items and finally empties sterile air to achieve pressure balance.
3. This kettle adopts horizontal rectangular structure.
304 or 316L stainless steel chamber, all stainless steel brushed cover plate, with GMP standard interface.
5. Industrial control system PLC+HMI with standard “user management, data storage, process management” function, sterilization process can be traced, with independent data recording device and industrial control system, to ensure the accuracy of data.
6. Optional remote monitoring system
