Pharmaceutical Pure Steam Sterilization Machine Sterilizer Autoclave Description:
The pure steam sterilization uses saturated steam (or pure steam) as the sterilization medium. Steam sterilization machine eliminates the influence of cold air on temperature through pulse vacuum. Vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket heating is used to dry articles. Finally, empty the sterile air to achieve pressure balance. Therefore, it has two functions of vacuum exhaust and drying.
Pharmaceutical sterilization machine is mainly used for damp heat sterilization of the following products: sterile clothes in b/c clean area, various antibiotics, filling rubber plugs, aluminum caps and aluminum barrels, rubber plugs, aluminum caps and aluminum barrels for lyophilized powder needles and other occasions with high requirements.

1. Internal and external double structure. The inner layer is pure steam during operation. The jacket adopts ordinary boiler steam, with vacuum exhaust and drying function. Pure steam generator can be selected according to need.
2. The liner is made of 316L stainless steel, and the jacket is made of 304 stainless steel, which is in full compliance with GMP and FDA standards.
3. The sealed door is sealed with compressed air, high quality and high tear resistance silicone rubber sealing ring, fully automatic operation, double doors interlock, and complete electrical and mechanical safety interlocking device, to ensure the safety of sterilization equipment hardware process requirements and operation, and set up emergency manual door opening device.
3. Piping system
Clamp type quick joint not only solves the use problem of traditional threaded pipe fittings, but also facilitates disassembly, replacement and cleaning. Normal steam enters the chamber from the jacket.
4. Control system includes: PLC + HMI + printer + data recorder.
– In the event of a failure of the automatic controller, the safety device keeps the sterilization chamber pressure safely in a state of atmospheric pressure regression, and allows the loading door to be opened.
– For maintenance, testing and emergency needs, manual operation can be completed by using access control tools.
– Touch screen: display working process parameters and sterilization cycle state, easy to operate. Engineers can modify parameters, including temperature, time, program name, vacuuming times, etc.
5. Optional remote monitoring system
The sterilizer has wireless communication function, which can be connected to the remote monitoring end through terminal routing, and the data can be directly monitored in real time via WiFi or 4G/5G network to realize remote monitoring of sterilization status, temperature, sandwich pressure, F0 value, front and back door status and other information. With high precision and high acquisition rate, the sterilization environment can be monitored 24/7, improving the operational efficiency of sterilization.
If the temperature, pressure and time data are abnormal and do not meet the pressure steam sterilization requirements, the operator can see the abnormal information on the platform.
