1. The pressure vessel of the Medical Autoclave is composed of a double-layer inner cavity. The inner cavity is made of SUS316L stainless steel to ensure that it can be cleaned and sterilized to improve its corrosion resistance.

3. Autoclave design is straight-through type (double door interlock). Doors are hinged and automatically pneumatic locked. The door seal is inflatable and pressurized with compressed air to withstand room temperature and pressure. The sterilization cycle should only begin after the door is completely closed and locked.
4. Piping system: it is composed of water pump, vacuum pump, air filter, steam trap, pressure controller, etc.
5. Control system: PLC+ man-machine interface + micro printer. Touch screen display working process parameters and sterilization cycle state, easy to operate. Engineers can modify parameters, including temperature, time, program name, vacuuming times, etc.

6. Simple maintenance: no regular lubrication or maintenance is required, except for ordinary surface cleaning and removal of any foreign matter that may be pressed between the gasket and the door;
7. Safety: Electromechanical and electronic safety interlocks managed by the process controller prevent the door from being opened while the gasket is still under pressure and/or there is a danger to the operator and/or load.
