Working Principle:

Automatic vacuum loading machine adopts vortex air pump to pump air, so that the entrance of suction nozzle and the whole system are in a certain vacuum state. The powder and granule are sucked into the nozzle with the outside air, forming material flow and reaching the hopper through the suction pipe. After the separation of gas and material, the material enters the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are completed by the continuous opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve, which is controlled by the cycle time relay.
